License: By posting content, you grant RiftGG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you publish. RiftGG does not endorse and is not responsible for community-generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

The RiftGG brand, logos, and software are the property of RiftGG. League of Legends: Wild Rift and related assets are the property of Riot Games. RiftGG uses these assets under fair use or community guidelines provided by Riot Games.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: Post illegal, offensive, or harmful content. Use the Platform for spamming or unauthorized advertising. Attempt to circumvent any security measures or scrape data without permission. Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with Riot Games or RiftGG.

7. Disclaimers about Gameplay Results

RiftGG provides tools and community insights to help you improve. We do not guarantee specific gameplay results, rank increases, or performance outcomes. Gaming performance is subjective and depends on individual skill and external factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

RiftGG is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or reliance on community-generated content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
